Joe S. Torregiante is a writer for reference documentation in the Industrial and Aerospace industry. He is also the author of 2 books written for the Martin Marietta Aerospace Company in Ocala, Florida. On March 3, 1986, Torregiante wrote and compiled his first book called "Aqueous Cleaning For Printed Circuit Boards". This program initiated the elimination of hazardous waste by converting solvent (freon) based printed circuit board cleaning systems into Aqueous (water) cleaning systems that utilizes Saponifers.
November 1986, this aqueous system was put into production. It was evident from day one that when the printed circuit boards had completed their cleaning cycle, they were cleaner and much easier to handle then they ever were when using the harsh chemical cleaners.
As a result, the company saved over $450,000 in hazardeous waste and solvent disposal costs.
Torregiante's second book entitled "The Interim Report On Surface Mount Technology", was written on June 8, 1987. This book provided a step by step guideline on how to convert the company's current plated through hole technology procedures to that of of Surface Mount Technology.
Again, these procedures enabled Torregiante to save the company in excess of a half a million dollars by converting to this new Technology.
In 1989, Torregiante was awarded the 'Performance Measurement Team Engineer' of the year for his engineering excellence on the Hellfire program during his tenure with The Martin Marietta Company in Ocala, Florida.
Both the Aqueous Cleaning Systems and Surface Mount Technology are still being used in production today.
Evidence of Ozone Depletion, Global Warming and Disastrous Climatic Changes
Go here and be the first to get a glimpse into the most compelling resource ever written concerning global warming, ozone depletion and disastrous climatic changes. What in the world is going on with our weather patterns and all other global abnormalities? Torregiante reveals how all space agencies are a major contributor to our continuing global warming problems and disatrous weather conditions.
